I've been providing counseling for fifteen years in that time authenticity is essential. People want to know that they are talking to a real person, and that they can be real with that person.

In truth, I see counseling as my ministry, my purpose. I find people fascinating and love to see their gifts shine through. For many, the journey has taken them down some dark and lonely roads. Maybe they feel like they are adrift at sea and don't know how to regain a solid footing. I love to be that person who comes alongside and helps them on this journey. Then their gifts, their sense of purpose, or the challenges that they are facing seem clearer or more manageable.

I love working with people from all ages, but have a particular passion for those in the transitional ages of life (teenager/young adult). I feel comfortable addressing a number of issues including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and relationship issues. I come from a Christian perspective and love working with people interested in incorporating or addressing elements of faith, but truthfully, I work work with anyone looking for a compassionate, listening ear.
