About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering flexible tele health sessions to address anxiety, depression, and addictions.
Many people struggle with habits and behaviors that begin as coping, escape, or entertainment but gradually start taking over their lives. You may find yourself spending more time than intended gaming, gambling, or scrolling social media while relationships, mood, motivation, work or school begin to suffer. I specialize in working with adults experiencing behavioral addictions and compulsive behaviors and relate struggles with depression, motivation, and emotional well-being.
My approach is practical, compassionate, and non judgmental. Together we work to understand what the behavior is doing for you, addressing underlying emotional or psychological factors, and build healthier ways of coping and connecting.
