About me
My therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy, self-empowerment, and evidence-based care. I believe meaningful healing begins when clients feel genuinely supported while gaining practical tools to create lasting change. I work with each client, honoring their strengths and resilience, and help them reconnect with themselves, so they can move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
I have a wide range of experience in treating autism, grief, past & present trauma, and substance abuse issues. I have been trained in Grief Counseling & Treatment (certified), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (certified), Motivational Interviewing (certified), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (certified), EMDR, DBR and Brain spotting.
I believe in utilizing empathy, evidence-based practices, self-care and self-empowerment as goals in therapy.
