About me
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist associate dedicated to helping individuals, families, children, and couples cope with anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma through the experiential process with horses.
I love to share my passion and knowledge of horses with my clients. We work from an indoor arena to explore possible solutions to concerns that each individual experiencing through a relational lens. Through the relational lens, we explore concerns and difficulties that we face in our daily lives as family members, at home, at work, at school, and in our social lives. Trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, loss of connection, boundaries, and communication are explored in conjunction with the horses. The "Barn" is home to over 28 horses, 2 goats, barn cats, and several chickens that love where they live.
