About me
I'm a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging transitions and relationships. I work with clients across the lifespan, with a particular focus on helping middle-aged adults navigate their unique needs and concerns.
My expertise centers on depression, relationship difficulties, family conflicts, and grief—especially as people face major life changes. I'm skilled at helping clients improve communication, clarify their life purpose, and work through control dynamics that may be affecting their wellbeing.
I support people navigating divorce and separation, workplace stress, mood challenges, and seasonal patterns. I also work with men's issues, young adults, and family-of-origin concerns. Additionally, I help clients address codependency, process addictions, and multicultural considerations that shape their experiences.
My approach is grounded in understanding how our family histories, relationships, and life circumstances influence who we are. I create a collaborative space where we can explore patterns, build healthier communication, and move toward greater clarity and peace.
I'm honored to walk alongside you as you work toward meaningful change and deeper connection in your life.
