About me

Hi! My name is Jocelyn. I have experience working with individuals affected by substance use disorders, as well as those managing trauma, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, adjustment and life transitions, and grief and loss. I also support clients working through issues related to self-esteem, self-sabotaging behaviors, and developing a more compassionate relationship with themselves. In addition, I have experience working with military veterans, providing support as they navigate the unique emotional, psychological, and transitional challenges related to their service and reintegration into civilian life.

I'm a licensed therapist who works with adolescents (14+), adults, and older adults navigating a wide range of emotional and mental health challenges. My practice is grounded in evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based techniques. My goal is to create a collaborative, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change. Whether you're seeking support for a specific issue or looking to better understand yourself, I'm here to help you take the next step.
