Through my journey, I’ve come to deeply understand the importance of addressing mental, physical, and spiritual health in a holistic manner. Having worked with numerous mental health agencies, I have recognized the need to create a practice where people feel truly welcomed, respected, and supported, no matter their background or socioeconomic status.
