About me
Hi there, and welcome! As a Marriage and Family Therapist practicing since 2011, I love helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with warmth and genuine care. I completed my undergraduate work at UC Berkeley and my graduate studies at Argosy University. While my early roots are in community mental health, I have spent the past ten years in private practice serving as both a therapist and a clinical director.
My approach to therapy is, above all, a partnership. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk right alongside you with warmth and genuine care. Together, we’ll create a safe, compassionate space where we can gently uncover the root causes of what’s holding you back, while actively building the resilience
