About me
I am an experienced clinical psychologist who is dedicated to helping adults cope with trauma recovery and its impact on life, career, and relationships through self-driven healing.
As a clinician, I promote a compassion-based approach to trauma recovery, drawing on evidence-based research focused on neuroscience, mindfulness therapies, EMDR, attachment lens, and client-centered psychotherapy to guide you in facilitating recovery from trauma. Due to the lasting impacts of childhood trauma, I believe we become attached to beliefs that cause us to develop survival skills and attachment to faulty beliefs, which as adults no longer serve us and keep us stuck. Because of childhood wounds, this narrative shows in our lives self-criticism, people-pleasing, unsatisfying jobs and relationships, patterns of codependency, anxiety, and depression. My goal for clients is to feel heard, validated, and comfortable enough to process difficult emotions that hold them back from living the life they want.
