About me
I offer trauma-informed therapy that integrates EMDR, Internal Family Systems, somatic psychology, and body-based approaches. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we’ll pay attention to how your experiences live in your nervous system, your body, and your inner world. This allows us to work at a pace that feels respectful, collaborative, and attuned to you.
I believe therapy is a collaborative, whole-person process that honors lived experience and helps transform what feels stuck.
The treatment modalities I use most are EMDR with an IFS lens, somatic psychology, and mindfulness. While each session and every patient will look different, we'll explore together how to re-regulate your nervous system using therapeutic practices that foster a greater sense of stability, empowerment, and ease in daily life.
You may feel stuck in patterns you understand intellectually but can’t seem to shift. Maybe you’re carrying the effects of past experiences or trauma, noticing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, disconnection from your body, or a sense that parts of you are in conflict. You might be high-functioning on the outside while feeling exhausted, numb, or unsettled on the inside. Often, the people I work with want more than coping strategies. They’re looking to feel safer in their own bodies, to understand themselves with more compassion, and to move through life with greater choice rather than reactivity. At its core, the goal is to heal.
Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you’ve learned to handle things on your own or haven’t always felt understood or supported. It makes sense to be cautious, to wonder if this will really help, or to feel unsure about where to begin. You don’t need to have it all figured out to start. If something in this resonates, I’d be honored to connect.
Currently I am virtual only in the state of Arizona, but soon will have a physical office in Tucson, AZ.
