I am a licensed and seasoned psychotherapist dedicated to helping adults navigate life's challenges. I specialize in supporting clients deal with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and emotional overwhelm. I also work with women recovering from being in a narcissistic abusive relationships.
