About me
I am a compassionate LMSW dedicated to guiding individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges with evidence-based support, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed care.
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker, I am here to provide a safe and understanding space where you can work through your unique challenges. Whether navigating complex relationships, processing grief, or managing crises, I utilize Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) to help build trust and emotional safety. My approach is designed to meet you where you are, fostering meaningful connections that provide the support and stability you may be seeking during difficult times.
I believe in tailoring our sessions to align with your personal values and goals. As someone trained in crisis intervention, I am prepared to be there when life feels overwhelming or uncertain, offering a steady hand as you regain control and clarity.
I am also dedicated to inclusivity and am proud to be an ally to the LGBQ+ community. Everyone deserves a space where they can be their true selves without fear of judgment. Whether you're an individual or part of a couple, I invite you to take the first step toward a more connected and fulfilling life.
