About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides a supportive and collaborative space for individuals to explore their experiences, develop insight, and build practical tools to manage anxiety, trauma, and depression while working toward meaningful personal growth.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to supporting individuals through life’s challenges with compassion, understanding, and practical guidance. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychological Sciences from California State University, San Marcos, and my Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California, where I also obtained my Pupil Personnel Services credential. Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals, families, couples, and groups across a variety of settings, supporting clients experiencing anxiety, trauma, depression, and stress related concerns.
My approach to therapy is collaborative and client centered. I integrate evidence based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Person Centered Therapy to help individuals better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behavioral patterns while developing practical tools to support healing, resilience, and meaningful change.
Outside of my professional work, I enjoy traveling, reading, exercising, and spending time with family. Travel has allowed me to explore different cultures and perspectives, including memorable visits to places such as Japan where I had the opportunity to see Mount Fuji, and the Philippines where I visited Taal Volcano. In my free time I enjoy reading a mix of fantasy, science fiction, and personal development books. Two books I often recommend are Becoming Supernatural by Joe Dispenza and The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz, both of which explore themes of personal growth, awareness, and intentional living.
