My name is Jill White-Huffman, and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Marriage Family Therapist in Greensboro, NC. I have over 12 years of experience in the mental health field and have worked with couples of various cultural backgrounds.

I am committed to helping couples overcome past and current challenges, identify specific areas of conflict, learn to support each other’s needs, and repair and restore joy in their relationship. I believe that life’s day-to-day challenges can interfere with the journey of learning for couples. Most often, one or both partners put everything else first and their relationship on the backburner. That can cause the relationship to become unhealthy.

I enjoy helping couples create positive relational changes that lead to healthier open communication patterns and boundaries, exploring deep-seated emotions, and feeling respected and appreciated. Through our journey and collaboration as a team, couples work together to invoke new positive changes that support each other’s needs towards achieving their relationship goals.

My treatment techniques and approaches for relational and emotional growth include the following: Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method Level 1& 2, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Informed Dialectic Behavioral Therapy.
