About me
Experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor
I have over five years of working with clients with a large span of different issues including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, schizophrenia, and more. Every individual is unique. I have worked with adolescents, college students, adults of all kinds including incarcerated adult males, females and males in an adult psychiatric inpatient hospital unit, group therapy, and individual outpatient therapy. I enjoy the opportunity to help others in a caring and compassionate way. I have training in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Don't wait to ask for help when there are so many benefits to therapy!
