About me
I am a very experienced relationship and trauma therapist specializing in helping people create peace from the inside out.
Most of my clients have two things in common. They want more peace and more fulfilling relationships in their lives. If you are struggling in your relationship with yourself (anxiety, depression, trauma, insecurity, self-esteem and/or fear and performance issues), or relationships with others (an intimate partner, parenting, family, colleagues at work, navigating a divorce or coparenting) I would be honored to help. I specialize in trauma, couples counseling, and working with parents throughout the divorce and post decree process. I am a certified Relational Life Therapist, Conflict Resolution Specialist, Parent Coodinator, Brainspotter, and Equine Assisted practioner. In other words, I have a well equipped tool box and work very hard to bring you profound results in a short period of time. My approach to counseling is warm and direct and I love incorporating equine assisted therapy into our work when appropriate.
I am in Aiken because I am an equestrian. I also have a background in agriculture. While you certainly don't have to be in to horses or agriculture to work with me, if you are, I got you!
