About me
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida with more than 25 years of experience supporting women through life’s most difficult moments. I work exclusively with women of all ages.
I specialize in helping women cope with depression, anxiety, stress, and the aftermath of trauma. I also help women work through grief and loss, major life transitions, loneliness, and painful relationships. I have significant experience supporting survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, and other forms of abuse, including narcissistic abuse by a family member or significant other. I work with adult children of alcoholics and women who grew up in other dysfunctional families, as well as women affected by a loved one’s drinking, including those involved in Al-Anon. I also help women heal from codependency and family-of-origin wounds. Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to carry it alone.
My approach is trauma-informed, evidence-based, and centered on you. I believe that feeling safe, heard, and respected is where healing begins. Together, we can work on rebuilding your self-worth, setting healthier boundaries, improving communication, and finding a renewed sense of purpose. I’ll meet you where you are, move at your pace, and walk beside you with compassion and honesty.
