About me
As a therapist, I do not believe in telling people what to do. When working with me, we are equal partners throughout the therapeutic process.
The therapeutic relationship is key to the success of therapy.
I feel strongly in providing a safe space for people to share their personal experiences built on a foundation of profession rapport and mutual respect.
For some people, beginning therapy can be a daunting and stressful experience. Making the choice to participate in therapy is brave and a form of self-care.
Many of us experience psychological pain throughout our lives. My hope is that as a team we can walk the journey toward mental health together.
