About me

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate with over twenty eight years working in public education. I offer an integrative approach that blends emotional insight, values exploration, and practical tools.

I offer person‑centered therapy grounded in compassion, insight, and the belief that every person carries the capacity to heal and grow. My clients are often navigating meaningful transitions—menopause, parenting shifts, career changes, identity exploration, or the unraveling of long‑held beliefs. These seasons can stir anxiety, self‑doubt, or a sense of being stuck, even when life appears “fine” from the outside. The people I work with aren’t necessarily in crisis—they’re curious, reflective, and ready to reclaim parts of themselves that have been quiet for too long.

With nearly three decades of professional experience, I understand the pressures and complexities that come with demanding roles and shifting life chapters. Many of my clients come from helping professions, including education, and appreciate having a space where they don’t need to over‑explain their exhaustion or emotional fatigue. I offer an integrative approach that blends emotional insight, values exploration, and practical tools to support grounded, sustainable change.

Let this be a space where you reconnect with your authentic self and move forward with intention. If any part of this resonates, I welcome you to reach out and see whether we’re a good fit for the journey ahead.
