About me
I am an integrative therapist specializing in traumatic stress disorders and attachment disorders. I have experience working with both children and adults navigating traumatic loss, grief, mood disorders, and interpersonal strain in relationships. My approach is primarily person-centered, humanistic, and existential, ensuring that each client feels heard and empowered in their healing journey.
I have a background in music therapy from the Steinhardt School at New York University, and I incorporate creative modalities, such as art therapy and mindfulness, along with evidence-based techniques like dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I have trained in bodywork and continue to deepen my expertise by pursuing a postgraduate degree in mind-body medicine at Saybrook University. My aim is to create a safe and compassionate space where clients can explore their experiences, discover their resilience, and move toward greater well-being.
