I am a therapist dedicated to using evidence based treatment methods to help clients reduce suffering and build a life that is aligned with their values.
Finding the right match in therapy can be difficult. It is important to consider your preferences, alongside the approach of your chosen provider. I love working with clients who are looking for a collaborative relationship to address the things getting in the way of the life they want to live. I approach every client's experience with empathy and curiosity, and I use evidence-based techniques that have been proven to help.
I specialized in building skills in response to emotion dysregulation, anxiety, depression, and BPD. I am also passionate about supporting parents of children/adolescents who may also be dealing with some of these issues. I am available in-person or via telehealth to CA residents.
