About me
I am a dually-licensed therapist who is passionate about helping individuals and their families find recovery from substances and couples who want relationship skills to strengthen their connection. I also work with individuals in shame-related identity issues and low self-worth.
I am a Tarleton State University graduate (Spring 2025) with a masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and a Weatherford College graduate (Spring 2015) with a Human Service Provider degree. As an LPC-Associate, under the supervision of Megan Guidry, LPC-S, and a Texas Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, I meet my clients where they're at, and build a person-centered treatment plan that brings out their strengths. I collaborate to find the most beneficial approach to client issues, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Theory, Motivational Interviewing, Emotional-Focused Therapy, and more! My Granbury office is centrally-located in a quite, private and professional atmosphere, where I see clients who prefer in-person session, but I also offer teletherapy for those who need to maximize their time while taking care of their mental wellness.
