About me
I work with adults struggling with substance use, trauma, anxiety, and the impact of a loved one’s substance use. I help clients navigate wellness and recovery in a way that builds real strength, creates clarity, and supports self-care that actually fits into everyday life.
My approach is warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental. This is a space where you can show up as you are, messy moments included, and we will make sense of things together. We focus on practical strategies, building coping skills, increasing self awareness, and creating patterns that support meaningful, lasting change.
My goal is to help you feel more balanced, more like yourself, and more in control of your day to day life, with a little humor along the way to help lighten the load.
