Hi! I’m a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in Wyoming and Colorado. I offer in-person therapy for those in Wyoming and virtual sessions for those in Colorado.
My practice focuses on supporting adults and young adults (17+) as they heal from trauma, find relief from anxiety, and reconnect with their authentic selves.

I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, chronic illness, autism and ADHD, and the lasting impact of relational and family-based trauma.
