About me
I’m a somatic, CBT and IFS-informed therapist helping anxious, overthinking humans find safety in their bodies and peace in their minds.
Hi, I’m Jessie — a licensed therapist, mom of three, and former school counselor turned private practice owner in sunny San Diego. My work is rooted in the belief that healing isn’t about “fixing” yourself — it’s about coming home to yourself.
I specialize in working with teens and adults who feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, burnout, or self-criticism — especially those who are high-functioning on the outside but overwhelmed on the inside. In our work together, we’ll blend talk therapy with body-based awareness, Internal Family Systems, and Cognitive Behavioral tools to help you slow down, get curious, and build new ways of relating to yourself.
Clients often tell me that therapy with me feels grounding, real, and refreshingly non-clinical. My hope is to create a space where you can exhale — where the goal isn’t perfection, but peace.
