I believe that the best tools are the ones that are clinically backed as effective, and that are targeted to the individual. I utilize a holistic approach to treatment, drawing on the best tools to meet my clients needs and preferences. I focus on trauma-informed care that primarily utilizes EMDR, DBT, CBT, ERP, Nature-Based Mindfulness practice, Mindfulness Practice, Somatic, Polyvagal, Attachment-Focused, Solutions-Focused Approach and Narrative Therapy.
