About me
I am a licensed clinical social worker who provides virtual and in-person therapy to adults and children. I offer a supportive environment to all. Whether you are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, personality disorder, life transitions, grief, or identity questions- I am here to offer an empathetic safe-space, and clinically backed techniques to help you work towards your goals.
I believe that the best tools are the ones that are clinically backed as effective, and that are targeted to the individual. I utilize a holistic approach that primarily includes DBT, CBT, ACT, Solutions-Focused and Narrative techniques. I also incorporate art therapy, play therapy, somatic therapy, and animal-assisted therapy for clients who are interested. My office is a calming, peaceful place where you can relax and let it out. What we focus on in treatment is determined by the goals you set. I believe in my clients! My approach is motivating, supportive and affirming.
