Verified clinicians have had their licenses confirmed by our staff at the time they create their profile. We also require all verified therapists keep their licensing information up to date in order to maintain verified status.
I am a compassionate licensed clinical professional counselor who is dedicated to helping adult individuals and couples cope with anxiety and depression and connect deeper with the self and in relationships.
Starting therapy can be scary. It's tough to ask for help, but if you are ready to gain insight and learn new perspective in order to make positive changes in your life, I’m here to help. By seeking therapy, you are demonstrating the courage to work toward positive change. I believe everyone needs someone to talk to without feeling judged, and every person deserves happiness and the ability to overcome or better cope with life’s challenges. If you're motivated to grow in your relationship or as an individual, I'm here to help you get started and walk through this journey alongside you!
My practice is client-centered and focused on empowering clients to learn new ways to make the changes they want in their lives. I strive to create and maintain a safe, non-judgmental therapy space in which I truly care about helping my clients reach their goals. I am also a proponent of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as it focuses on helping clients learn how to recognize and then change negative thought patterns that cause us distress. Once you learn the tools, you realize the power you have!
Please don't hesitate to contact me via phone or email if you have any questions or you're ready to get started. I can offer free 15-minute phone or video consultations as well. I do not accept health insurance directly, but can provide receipts after each session that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. I'm looking forward to hearing from you!
