About me
I am a Clinical Therapist and certified Neurofeedback technician with experience in working with adolescents and adults. My therapeutic approach is to provide individuals a space to heal and process through painful emotions, interpersonal relationship conflict, and major life stressors, with the ability to learn and implement effective therapy strategies. I incorporate mindfulness and calming techniques within the therapeutic environment to teach self-regulation, emotional balance, and stability.
I specialize in trauma-based approaches with training in EMDR, Ego-State, and Neurofeedback. Neurofeedback is a brain exercising tool that teaches self-control of the brain and improves emotional regulation. This assists with reducing symptoms from anxiety, depression, sleep disturbances, attention deficits, chronic pain, brain injury, and/or PTSD.
