About me
Many people come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed, stuck in patterns they no longer understand, or disconnected from themselves and others. You do not have to navigate that alone.
I am a qualified psychotherapist and BACP registered therapist with experience supporting clients through anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, low self-worth, stress, and significant life changes. My approach is warm, relational, and person-centred, creating a space where you can speak openly without fear of judgement.
I believe therapy should feel human, collaborative, and safe. Whether you are struggling with past experiences, difficult emotions, or simply trying to make sense of where you are in life right now, I will work alongside you at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Sometimes the first step is simply allowing yourself to be supported.
