About me
My approach blends mindfulness, CBT, emotion regulation, and grief-informed therapy. Together, we explore the impact grief has had on your emotions, thoughts, relationships, and sense of identity.
I help clients:
understand the waves of grief without feeling like they’re “doing it wrong”
process guilt, anger, fear, and the pressure to “function”
work through intrusive thoughts or anxiety that often accompany loss
rebuild routines and find meaning in daily life
hold onto the connection they had with their loved one in a healthier, gentler way
I’m collaborative, steady, and patient. Grief therapy with me isn’t about forcing closure—it’s about creating room to breathe, cope, and eventually step back into life at a pace that feels safe.
You should know that I understand grief can feel isolating, confusing, and unpredictable. Many of my clients come to me feeling:
“I don’t recognize myself anymore.”
“Everyone else seems to have moved on, but I’m stuck.”
“I feel guilty for the moments I don’t feel sad.”
“I’m overwhelmed by everyday life.”
“I’m drowning in what-ifs, regrets, or things left unsaid.”
I meet you in that place with compassion and zero judgment. I don’t rush your process or ask you to “be strong.” I hold space for your anger, your silence, your tears, your numbness—and everything in between.
I show up as a real human. No clichés. No toxic positivity. Just someone who gets how heavy grief can be and is willing to walk with you through
