With 17 years practicing as a psychotherapist, Jessica's passion lies in treatment of women. Jessica brings expertise in anxiety, depression, overwhelm and the unique challenges of all stages of life. Jessica is certified as a Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider and offers opportunities for any clients attending services at LifeBalance to get a nutritional assessment and support around nutritional alternatives for managing mental health needs. As the owner of LifeBalance, Jessica is dedicated to ensuring all clients have access to care and clinicians with expertise and dedication to client's overall health.
