Hi, I’m Jessica Nava Orellana #LMFT 153165. I’m a mom, a wife, a caregiver, and a therapist and I’m so glad you’re here…
I am a California-based Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist offering individual and couples therapy. I also support individuals who are exploring the dynamics of postpartum depression and maternal mental health. I am also working on becoming a certified Perinatal Mental Health Clinician as well. I Provide to those who are adjusting to new parental life and or exploring to find a better life balance. Along with my expertise in postpartum care. I offer support with those who have symptoms of anxiety and or depression. I offer relationship support, parenting concerns, grief and loss, work-life balance, job loss, retirement, and other life transitions. My approach is client-centered, collaborative, and grounded in compassion.
I strive to provide a safe, supportive space where you can process whatever comes up in therapy, whether this is your first experience with therapy or you’re continuing your journey with a new therapist. We will work together to explore and tailor your goals at a pace that feels right for you.
Therapy doesn’t always have to look a certain way. Sometimes it’s about checking in on the highs and lows of the week; other times it’s about deeper reflection and growth. Together, we’ll create space for your inner strengths to emerge naturally.
You don’t have to do this alone.
CBFC: Meaning of Clover Bear Family Counseling? Clover is for having hope and being able to explore the small pieces of joy in life. Bear is for strength, your inner courage… your mama or papa bear in you to navigate life adjustments and or parenthood.
About Me: Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy spending time outdoors camping, hiking, and relaxing by a campfire whenever I can. I am a mother to two strong-willed, energetic children who keep me active and grounded. Some of my favorite moments are watching a beach sunset surrounded by the people I love.
I share my home with my dog, Teddy Spaghetti, and I greatly enjoy my husband’s homemade Mexican cooking. I am a proud first-generation Latina and am bilingual in English and Spanish, which allows me to connect meaningfully with diverse individuals and families.
