About me
I am a licensed clinical psychologist who is dedicated to helping children, adolescents and adults, in a caring, affirming and individualized therapeutic relationship.
My extensive training and diverse clinical experiences have equipped me to work in various treatment settings, including community mental health centers, schools, foster care, and college counseling centers. This background allows me to provide services to clients from different backgrounds, ages, and facing a wide range of life difficulties.
I believe that therapy should be a collaborative process. Together, we will develop your goals, leverage your strengths, and gain insights into your challenges, all aimed at achieving the life changes you aspire to. The therapist-client relationship is central to this process, and I am dedicated to creating a safe, nonjudgmental, and affirming space for this relationship to thrive.
My therapeutic approach incorporates an understanding of child and adult development, positive psychology, and my own personal and professional experiences. This holistic perspective helps clients make conscious and intentional decisions to create a fulfilling and meaningful life. I am driven by a strong belief in the power of human connection and the importance of lifelong growth. My style is warm, interactive, and collaborative, ensuring a safe environment where you can face challenges and make meaningful changes.
Starting therapy can be daunting, but I encourage you to discuss any apprehensions and fears you may have. My goal is to make the process as stress-free as possible. If you think we might be a good match, I am happy to set up a brief consultation to discuss how we can work together.
Feel free to reach out to me for more information or to schedule a consultation. Let's take the first step towards your personal growth and well-being together.
