When I imagine my ideal client, I envision someone who is looking to make positive changes in their life and is committed to their own personal growth and healing. My ideal client may be struggling with a range of issues, from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship difficulties. They may be feeling stuck or overwhelmed by their emotions, and are looking for guidance and support to help them navigate their challenges and find lasting solutions.

Through a compassionate and personalized approach, I help my clients navigate their emotions and develop the coping strategies they need to overcome their challenges and achieve their goals.
