With graduate-level CBT training and extensive clinical experience, I adapt my interventions to meet clients where they are—offering practical tools that support meaningful, lasting change.

Jessica is a multilingual psychotherapist and life coach who holds three degrees, including a Master of Arts in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from New York University. A summa cum laude and magna cum laude honor student, she is deeply passionate about helping others grow emotionally and mentally while achieving their personal goals.
Jessica is an empathetic, open-minded, and approachable professional who values fitness, wellness, and meaningful relationships. She has a deep appreciation for culture, spirituality, mindfulness, and the arts, and has lived in some of the world’s most diverse cities, including London and New York.
She stays current with the latest developments in the mental health field by regularly attending advanced courses, workshops, webinars, and seminars led by top experts. Her approach is grounded in cutting-edge, evidence-based practices, with a strong emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which she has studied extensively.
Jessica is certified in CBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Relationship Coaching. She helps clients manage anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, and relationship difficulties while fostering self-esteem and resilience.
She believes that mental health and wellness are not “one-size-fits-all.” Her integrative, personalized approach allows her to provide comprehensive care and effective, results-oriented treatment. Drawing from both clinical experience and graduate-level CBT training, Jessica tailors her interventions to meet each client’s individual needs and offers practical tools for meaningful, lasting change.
