About me
Many people come to therapy feeling burned out, overwhelmed, or weighed down by the past. Others feel numb, stuck, or convinced things won’t ever change. If that sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.
I work with adults facing a wide range of challenges from anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, to addiction, and more. My clients often have a history of trauma, high stress, or long-term struggles that have shaped how they see themselves and the world. Therapy with me is about cutting through that heaviness and getting to work, with evidence-based tools and real support that fits you.
I specialize in trauma-informed, strengths-based care. I use a mix of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and other approaches tailored to your needs and goals. I’m also a Certified First Responder Counselor and have extensive experience supporting people in high-stress roles or those who’ve experienced repeated exposure to trauma.
Therapy doesn’t have to be a last
I am here to help clients by providing individualized care with a variety of therapy techniques such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills, motivational interviewing, and many other skills. I specialize in depression, anxiety, bipolar, PTSD and addictions treatment. I approach therapy with a strengths base and provide trauma informed care.
Everyone deserves carefully applied therapy techniques from an individualized approach, that strives to continuously learn approaches that get results. Clients have the power to improve their lives when given effective tools and skills in therapy. I look forward to helping you improve by sharing the skills and tools needed.
