I am an experienced therapist working with diverse clientele of all age groups. My service population includes; culturally diverse families to professionals and public figures. I pride myself in providing unique expertise and genuine compassion while assisting clients in overcoming adversity. I offer a supportive and non-judgmental atmosphere to help you make positive changes in your life. I utilize a combination of evidence-based practices including guiding each individual through their own unique healing journey while providing goal oriented treatment, motivational support, and empathetic treatment.
I offer extensive knowledge with high-risk behaviors. I provide individual and family counseling to young adults, teens, adolescents, children, adults, families, couples . I am trauma certified and specialize on PTSD, Anxiety, depression, ADHD, self esteem, family dynamics, mood disorders, substance use disorders, and more. Assisting and guiding clients to self enlightenment, internal growth ,through any trauma, grief, anxiety, stress, an life’s uncertainties, to help create your equilibrium. My therapeutic expertise allows me to combine evidence based therapeutic techniques and implement a range of treatment modalities including but not limited to; Trauma Focused (TFCBT), Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Dialectical (DBT), Integrative, Mindfulness-Based (MBCT), Motivational Interviewing, Relationally based therapy approach. I am Clinically focused in promoting balancing perspectives while creating a safe space for all clients. Regardless of ones past/present issue or diagnosis, everyday is a new day to be the best part of you. I am here to help you get through those challenges.
