About me

I specialize in Reproductive Mental Health. I work with people who are trying to become parents (trying to conceive, going through fertility treatment and IVF, experiencing miscarriage and pregnancy loss), experiencing secondary infertility, and those who are pregnant, and postpartum.

I specialize in Reproductive Mental Health. I work with people who are trying to become parents (trying to conceive, going through fertility treatment and IVF, experienced miscarriage and pregnancy loss), experiencing secondary infertility, and those who are pregnant, and postpartum. I also work with adolescents and adults on navigating stress/burnout, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and trauma.
When you're trying to start a family, you may often feel like your friends and family don't really understand what you're going through. They make unhelpful comments and suggestions (like why don't you just relax), and while they mean well, you just want to be heard and supported! That's where I can be helpful.
My approach is collaborative, non-judgmental, and trauma-informed. I use evidence-based therapeutic interventions alongside neuroscience-informed strategies to help you understand and regulate what you feel in your body - not just your mind.
At the heart of good therapy is a strong therapeutic relationship. I take this work seriously, and I also bring warmth and sense of humor to our sessions. Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’ve been in it for years, I know it can feel daunting. My goal is to make sure you feel comfortable from the start.
