About me
Compassionate, relational therapy for when you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or at war with yourself.
Do you ever feel like a part of you desperately wants to make a change, while another part completely freezes or holds you back? Maybe a part of you is a fierce perfectionist, while another part feels deeply exhausted and burnt out.
It can feel incredibly frustrating to be at war with yourself. But the truth is, those different internal voices aren't trying to sabotage you—they are trying to protect you the only way they know how.
In our work together, we won't try to force those parts of you to disappear. Instead, we will get curious about them. Using Internal Family Systems (IFS) alongside a warm, present-focused relational approach, we will work to understand the root of these patterns. By listening to your inner system without judgment, we can help your protective parts step back, allowing you to access your innate capacity for healing, clarity, and self-compassion.
My Approach & Credentials
I specialize in helping individuals navigate trauma, life transitions, and deep-seated relational patterns. My practice is deeply trauma-informed, and I focus heavily on the "here-and-now" dynamics of our sessions to help uncover and heal the relationship patterns that show up in your daily life.
