About me

I am a therapist with experience serving neurodivergent people as well as those experiencing anxiety, depression, and life changes. I am dedicated to supporting individuals, from early childhood to late adulthood, and families alike in feeling grounded and connected.

We live in a fast-paced society with an emphasis on individuality. Utilizing somatic and attachment-based lenses, I am passionate about creating an intentional space for those with a desire to build and uphold meaningful relationships, remain grounded and present, and manage every day stress. I honor the individuality of each client by incorporating interventions from a variety of therapeutic frameworks. Using dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, attachment theory, internal family systems (parts work), play therapy, art-based therapy, narrative therapy, and somatic therapy frameworks, I will curate a personalized treatment plan that works for you.
I have several years of experience providing services to children with experience in the child welfare system as well as children diagnosed with autism. For the past year at Fireside Therapy, the majority of my clients have been neurodivergent children, and I have also been serving children, parents, teens, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and relational complexities. I feel passionate in supporting the parent-child attachment and honoring the support needed for both parent and child. I also feel passionate about supporting adults in processing early attachment and supporting an understanding of how early experiences can influence our day-to-day lives as adults.
