About me
I'm a therapist with extensive experience supporting clients through a wide range of life challenges. I work with individuals navigating self-worth, communication difficulties, social anxiety, panic, mood concerns, and relationship patterns including attachment issues, codependency, and commitment struggles. I also support clients working through grief, shame, forgiveness, isolation, and questions about life purpose and direction.
My practice extends to workplace concerns, financial stress, body image, chronic pain, family dynamics, and neurodivergent experiences. I'm committed to meeting each person where they are—with authenticity, respect, and a non-judgmental approach.
I draw from evidence-based therapeutic practices to help you build insight, develop healthier patterns, and move toward greater self-compassion and connection. My goal is to create a safe, affirming space where you feel heard and supported as you work toward meaningful change. I'm honored to walk alongside you on your healing journey.
