About me
Feeling unheard or unsupported? I believe healing begins with compassion and connection. I take the time to truly know you, creating a space where you feel seen and understood.
My approach is trauma-informed and tailored to your needs, blending evidence-based techniques for individuals, and couples interventions when applicable. Whether you’re navigating stress, past wounds, or relationship challenges, we’ll work together to build resilience, clarity, and deeper connection. Sessions are designed to fit you—your pace, your goals, your growth.
I help clients move past surface-level coping to create lasting change. Using Brainspotting, a powerful mind-body therapy, we target the exact spot in the brain connected to the emotional or physical discomfort you’ve been carrying. This allows you to process unresolved experiences, release tension stored in the body, and create space for clarity, & healing.
I care deeply about how my clients feel during and after our sessions. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and empowered to take the steps that feel right for you. Each session is designed to help you build confidence, clarity, and motivation to make the changes you want in your life—at a pace that feels safe and sustainable.
