About me
If you’ve tried talking through your struggles and still feel something holding you back, my technique may be the missing piece. I’d be honored to walk alongside you in this process toward relief, healing, and lasting change.
I’m trained in Brainspotting through an 8-day intensive program, including direct study with founder Dr. David Grand. This approach has been life-changing for many of my clients who feel “stuck” or weighed down by past experiences.
Brainspotting is a gentle yet powerful way to work with trauma, stress, and emotional blocks stored deep in the brain and body. While traditional talk therapy works from the outside in, Brainspotting works from the inside out. By using specific eye positions, we find the exact spot in the brain that’s connected to the emotional or physical discomfort you’ve been carrying. This creates a pathway to process and release what’s been held for too long—helping you feel lighter, more present, and more in control of your life.
Who Brainspotting can help:
• Anxiety, stress, and overwhelm
• Trauma and PTSD
• Grief and loss
• Relationship challenges
• Performance blocks in sports, arts, and work
• Chronic pain or physical tension linked to stress
• Creative or personal growth goals
