About me

Are you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns you can’t seem to shift—no matter how hard you try? You don’t have to navigate it alone.

I work with individuals and couples who are ready to understand what’s happening beneath the surface and create meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and grounded as we work through what’s holding you back.

My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and nervous-system focused. I tailor therapy to your unique needs, drawing from evidence-based practices and attachment-focused interventions. Many of my clients come to therapy struggling with anxiety, past trauma, emotional overwhelm, relationship stress, or difficulty feeling safe and connected—internally or with others.

A core part of my work includes Brainspotting, a powerful mind-body therapy that helps access and process unresolved experiences stored in the nervous system. Rather than relying solely on talk therapy, Brainspotting allows us to gently target the areas of the brain connected to emotional or physical distress, helping release long-held tension, reduce reactivity, and restore a sense of clarity and balance.

I believe therapy should feel collaborative, paced, and emotionally safe. I pay close attention to how you experience sessions—before, during, and after—so that our work feels supportive rather than overwhelming. Together, we’ll focus on building emotional resilience, self-trust, and practical tools you can use in daily life. My hope is that you leave sessions feeling more grounded, empowered, and confident in your ability to move forward in ways that feel right for you.
