About me
Clients can expect to feel truly heard and respected. I believe self-discovery happens best at an individual pace, and I honor that by allowing sessions to be guided by what feels most important in the moment. Clients set the direction of our work together, and I provide a safe, supportive space where anything that needs to be shared is welcome. I am deeply honored by the trust clients place in me and approach vulnerability with care, respect, and gratitude.
Hi! I earned an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania, and a graduate degree in Professional Mental Health Counseling from Seton Hall University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a long-standing interest in psychology and how the mind works. I am especially drawn to the connection between mind and body and how deeply each impacts mental health and overall well-being. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults across a wide range of mental health needs—whether related to development, life challenges, or simply needing a safe space to talk and be heard.
One of my greatest strengths is creating an environment where clients feel free to be fully themselves. Sessions are a safe space for authenticity, self-exploration, and openness. I focus on helping clients feel comfortable discovering who they are, clarifying what they need, and identifying what will best support growth and fulfillment in life.
