Verified clinicians have had their licenses confirmed by our staff at the time they create their profile. We also require all verified therapists keep their licensing information up to date in order to maintain verified status.
Send your prospective therapist a brief message about why you’re seeking support, your preference for in-person or telehealth services, and how you’d like to be contacted moving forward. Note: Answers to many common questions can be found on the therapist’s profile page. If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.
Hi! I am a former dancer, dance educator, and preschool teacher, and current therapist and mom. There is nothing more exciting to me than supporting a client on their journey of healing and transformation.
I employ a client-centered approach to therapy that is rooted in unconditional acceptance. Together, through compassion and curiosity, we will create the ideal space to facilitate growth and explore the full spectrum of who you are. We will employ varying therapeutic techniques drawing from CBT, DBT and ACT in order to explore the self-limiting beliefs and unhelpful patterns of thought and behavior that may be holding you back. Collaboratively, we will work towards forming new patterns to get you thinking and feeling your personal best and living a life that is aligned with your goals and values.
I am particularly focused on working with issues surrounding anxiety, mood disorders, self-esteem, perfectionism, disordered eating, sexuality, relationship, spirituality, life transitions, parenthood, creativity, and the performing arts. I look forward to beginning out work together!
