About me

When your child is struggling and nothing seems to be working, I help you understand what’s beneath the behavior so you can respond in a way that's effective and supportive.

If your child is shutting down, acting out, overwhelmed, or struggling to express what they feel and you’re not sure how to help, you’re not alone.

I work with children (10+), teens, and families navigating the lasting impact of difficult or overwhelming experiences. This can look like anxiety, emotional outbursts, withdrawal, or patterns that feel confusing or hard to shift.

The families I support are no longer in immediate crisis, but still feel the effects of what their child has been through. Together, we slow things down, make sense of what’s beneath the behavior, and begin shifting patterns in a way that feels steady and sustainable.

If your child is currently in immediate danger or needs urgent support, a higher level of care may be more appropriate.

I create a space where your child can feel safe enough to open up, without pressure or judgment. At the same time, I support you as the caregiver in understanding your child more deeply, responding with intention, and rebuilding connection at home.

This work is tailored to your child and your family. We focus on:
- Understanding patterns at the root
- Building emotional awareness and regulation
- Strengthening communication and connection
- Developing tools that support lasting change

I’ve been working with children, teens, and families since 2014 across a range of settings. My approach is grounded, relational, and focused on helping families move forward, not just manage symptoms.

If you’re ready to approach this with clarity, support, and intention, I’m here with you—supporting you through this journey.
