About me
I am a licensed clinical social worker who supports adults through anxiety, depression, perinatal mental health concerns, and the challenges that come with major life transitions.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Connecticut who works with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, perinatal mental health concerns, and life transitions. Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or unsure how to manage everything they are carrying, even when things look okay on the outside.
My approach to therapy is warm, supportive, and practical. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can show up as you are, talk openly without fear of judgment, and gain insight into what is contributing to stress or emotional distress. Together, we focus on building coping skills, increasing self awareness, and creating changes that feel realistic and sustainable.
I currently offer in person and telehealth sessions and work with both insurance based and self pay clients. Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, and my goal is to make the process feel approachable, collaborative, and supportive from the very beginning.
