About me
Hey there! I'm so glad you're here. I know the process of finding a new therapist can be scary. I've been there myself and I want to make that process less scary for you! There is nothing magical or mysterious about the therapeutic process. The biggest challenge is finding a therapist who is the right fit for your needs! I have dedicated my life to helping people go from stuck to thriving, anxious to calm, and hopeless to hopeful and I'd love to accompany you in your therapeutic journey. Please don't hesitate to reach out for a free initial consultation so that I may answer any questions you may have. If I'm not the right fit for you, I'm happy to help you find someone who is! I look forward to hearing from you!
Here's a bit about what you can expect in working with me:
1. We sit down and unpack your "suitcase": everything you're bringing with you up to this point in your life. Your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Your relationships, your values, your beliefs.
2. We decide what's worth keeping, what's worth adding, and what to leave behind.
3. You take that suitcase with you, full of new ways to handle whatever life throws at you next.
I'm willing to work as hard as you are to get you the change that you want, and to get there as quickly as possible.
I can show you that therapy doesn't have to be scary.
I can show you there is hope to be found.
