About me
I am licensed mental health counseling associate who specializes in working with clients dealing with the impact of complex trauma on their lives.
Many people feel overwhelmed by life, constantly on edge, distant from others, and confused by their own reactions to their experiences. Oftentimes this happens when we've experienced prolonged exposure to an environment where our needs and safety were not prioritized. Whether you grew up in an unsafe home environment, neighborhood, or religious community, complex trauma can shape the way you see and experience the world, affecting your relationships, career, and all aspects of life. My passion is to work alongside you to recover what has been lost, and to help you see a path forward to hope again.
I offer a space where your safety and needs are prioritized, where your worldview and experiences are valued and considered. I use elements of narrative therapy, somatic experiencing, and Internal Family Systems, alongside more cognitive approaches (ACT, CBT, DBT) to help you resolve trauma experiences and meet your particular goals.
Reach out by phone or through the link to my website to schedule a 15-minute consult. I currently provide telehealth-only sessions in Washington State.
