About me
I am a warm, trauma-informed therapist who supports individuals, couples, and families in building resilience, healing relationships, and finding hope through life’s challenges.
I believe therapy is most effective when it feels safe, supportive, and collaborative. My role is to walk alongside you as you navigate challenges, discover strengths, and create meaningful change in your life and relationships.
I work with children (age 4+), teens, adults, couples, and families. Many of my clients are coping with chronic illness, grief, trauma, or life transitions. I also enjoy supporting those who are neurodivergent and their families. My background as both a therapist and a registered nurse gives me a unique perspective on how physical and emotional health are deeply connected.
In sessions, I draw from attachment theory, trauma-informed care, person-centered therapy, and emotion-focused approaches. Clients often tell me they appreciate my calm presence, gentle humor, and ability to make even difficult conversations feel safe. Together, we’ll explore your story, strengthen your relationships, and build resilience so you can move forward with greater clarity and hope.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy beekeeping, running, reading, and motorcycle rides with my husband. You might also find me curled up with my cat and a good book.
